World Games
SONKY athletes Danielle Blakeney and Josh Alexander will be traveling
to Athens Greece to participate in the 2011 Special Olympic World Games.
Danielle is competing in gymnastics and Josh will be competing in
bowling. Good luck to Danielle and Josh. Check back for more info.

Area 7 wants to thank Shari Hennekes for all her work and effort in
the 3rd annual Dunk the Principal fundraiser that benefitted Special
Olympics. Her team raised $5000 for us this year!
All the athletes of Area 7 are grateful for her gift of time.
Area 7 would also like to thank the FOP #33 for their softball tournament
that benefitted us also. Their efforts brought $1256 to our athletes as well.
